No, you are not obligated to sell your car upon receiving the price offer. You are never obligated to sell your car with us, and your commitment to sell is made only once you are satisfied with the offer provided and after you have signed the sale agreement.

Our cash offer is valid for a period of 48 hours. Since the car market is subject to daily changes, you will be required to re-register your car on our platform once your offer period expires.

Your car will be republished to the top of the first list 3 or 5 or 10 times, depending on the selected package, ensuring it remains visible to potential buyers and sells faster.

Photos are optional initially but must be uploaded later. Clear, well-viewed photos are mandatory for online publication to increase your chances of a quick sale.

Motorgy does not charge any additional fees other than the service fee. However, a success fee is applied to the buyer upon purchasing a car through Motorgy.
 
The success fee varies depending on the car’s value:
  • For cars valued up to 2,000 KWD, the success fee is 200 KWD.
  • For cars valued between 2,001 KWD and 10,000 KWD, the success fee is 250 KWD.
  • For cars valued between 10,001 KWD and 20,000 KWD, the success fee is 350 KWD.
  • For cars valued between 20,001 KWD and 30,000 KWD, the success fee is 400 KWD.
  • For cars valued between 30,001 KWD and 40,000 KWD, the success fee is 500 KWD.
  • For cars valued between 40,001 KWD and 50,000 KWD, the success fee is 600 KWD.

We inspect your car in order to ensure you receive the best market price offer for your car based on its overall condition. A thorough car inspection is crucial in attaining the best price and saving time in the sale process by avoiding numerous garage trips, un-certified inspections and sale cancellations.

The following documents are required to sell your car:

- Civil ID card

- The original car registration card

- Bank account data for the registered vehicle owner

- A dated letter explaining the details of the current settlement from your finance company such as a bank or financing institution if you have an outstanding loan against the car

Your payment will be transferred to your account or paid to you in cash upon signing the sales agreement and transferring your car registration to the buyer.

Motorgy guarantees you the process of a safe and reliable transfer of the selling amount. Once you accept the offer, you and the buyer will sign a purchase agreement that legally guarantees you the service of direct car price transfer to your bank account within the agreed terms and conditions.

If the outstanding loan is valued more than what the car is worth, we will still provide you with a best market price offer for your car. If you decide to sell your car, you will be required to pay the difference with the finance company.

Currently, you can only display the cars that are in Kuwait, but we will add number of Arab countries soon.

If your registration expired more than 10 days ago, the authorities will apply a late fee after the inspection. If this applies to you, we will inform you of the amount so it can be settled.
